My maths consultancy business is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. I store and use your data based on legitimate interest. This enables me to support you with in-school CPD, deliver courses, fulfil any maths resources orders and send you relevant information about my maths products and consultancy service. Any data that I hold about you will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Invoicing details including contact name, address, email, telephone number and school CPD history.

When you contact me for consultancy services or use my shop facility online, the information that you provide will be collected and processed by me. This information may be obtained from my website, or via phone, fax, email, social media or verbal communications.

How I use this information

I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Internal record keeping
Fulfilment of your order
Respond to your requests and/or queries.
If you have signed up for my maths newsletter, my courses and course dates will be included as an update, courses or CPD section.

I do not sell your data to any third-party organisation.

I use automated devices and applications to evaluate usage of my website.

This data is anonymous and helps me analyse web page traffic in order to improve my website and tailor it to customer needs. I only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure.

I do not collect and store your payment information on my website. Your payment information is processed via a secure third-party payment gateway (PayPal).
